The main functional characteristics of the product: for automotive headlight cover (PC material)
①UV paint spraying and curing treatment on the surface of headlight cover, enhance surface hardness and weather resistance.
②Anti-fog paint spraying and curing treatment on the inner surface of the lamp cover to improve the anti-fog performance of the lamp.
Heating method: IR lamp, electric heat pipe, oven temperature according to the requirements of each process (adjustable between 90℃-130℃), temperature accuracy ± 1.5°C.
